During the lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic and amidst the economic and political crises in Lebanon towards the end of 2019, followed by the horrific explosion in August 2020 that rocked Beirut and shook my life and stability, I felt an urgent need to create something transformative. I wanted to escape the chaos and bring a sense of beauty and natural essence into my life.

This drive led me to channel my 20+ years of extensive research and education into something meaningful. Initially, I didn’t plan to create a brand or a business; I simply wanted to stay positively engaged. Combining the premium ingredients of plant stem cells with powerful natural extracts, I developed five effective formulas. I shared these with family and friends, and to my surprise, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

My samples healed various skin ailments such as rosacea, pigmentation, pore tightening, wrinkle reduction, skin tightening and toning, and acne (that was created for my daughter who suffered from acne and hated the effects of the medication she used on her skin.) Driven by the desire to share these benefits on a larger scale, I began searching for labs around the globe to make my formulas accessible to everyone. The experienced chemist in charge of the lab in Miami, USA, even called me a “Healer” after reviewing my formulas. And so, the journey of Ghanya Cosmetics began.
